Welcome to Thrive Doula Services. I specialize in Prenatal Classes in Halifax, Nova Scotia and surrounding areas. I offer Prenatal Education, Labour, Birth and Postpartum Preparation from the lens of a Doula . As a Doula who has attended over 50 births, I will do all I can to ensure you have the tools you need to have have an empowering labor, birth and be well supported postpartum. Birth is a momentous occasion and your memories of that experience will stay with you your whole life.
